You've submitted your order request...what now? We've received your order and will get back to you as soon as possible! But you're not quite finished yet. If you've chosen a stock or safety design, all you have to do is upload your company/organization's logo using the form below. We only ask that you read the guidelines below regarding what kind of files we'd like before you get started. If you chose to have a custom design for your label, you can upload your logo and additional images you'd like included (up to 10 files total). Again, please refer to the guidelines to ensure we receive the best quality artwork possible. For Stock Designs and Safety Designs, you're welcome to send us your company's logo for inclusion on the label. If you prefer a fresh Custom Design, use the form above to upload your additional images (30MB maximum total size and up to 10 different files). Alternatively, you may contact us about mailing physical media containing the files. We accept CDs, DVDs, and 3.5" floppy disks. Below are guidelines to what kind of art should be sent. Specific Artwork Requirements We run Microsoft Windows-based platforms with the following software: • Adobe Illustrator CS3 • Adobe InDesign CS3 • Adobe Photoshop CS3 • Adobe Acrobat 9.0 • QuarkXPress 6.5 We would like CMYK and grayscale images to be 300 dpi/ppi and line art to be 600 dpi/ppi. Company logos should be sent in vector format. The following file formats are preferred: • EPS (embed graphics/links and convert all fonts to outlines/paths) • PDF (embed graphics and fonts) • TIFF (only unlayered/flattened files) • JPEG (with the DPI guidelines above) |
